Host & Toast Luxury Concierge is a travel concierge service in Nashville, TN. Founder Anne Elizabeth McIntosh had built her business on creating custom, at-home charcuterie boards during the COVID-19 pandemic, but quickly found herself pigeon-holed. She wanted to find a way to position her brand as a luxury travel and event concierge service for Nashville visitors and locals. luxury 2 ad positioned itself to locals as a charcuterie board curator offering custom charcuterie boards to the Nashville area.
Jamie worked one-on-one with Host & Toast owner, Anne Elizabeth McIntosh, to pinpoint her competition in the market, understand who her audience was (and who they weren't!) and create the words she needed to describe her offerings. After many conversations and lots of research, Jamie created Elizabeth's key message: memories are all the matter. Following the in-depth brand and messaging strategy process, Jamie created an extensive content playbook to help Host & Toast understand where their audience spends time and how they can reach them. She even gave McIntosh a step-by-step guide for creating content that inspires followers while highlighting her own experience and professionalism.
