How do I know this is the right time?

You've reached a point in your business where something has stopped working or is stalled. You know you need to make a change, but you’re not sure what to move on first. If you’re still figuring out your basic model or haven’t landed your first clients, this session is not for you.

What’s in the 30-Day Navigation Plan?

Three strategic priorities for the next 30 days, in order. It includes detailed information and rationale for each priority, so you can trust the moves you’re making. Each priority is specific to your situation: what to move on, why it comes before the others, and what "done" looks like.

What's the follow-up call for?

It's a short call (usually 20-30 minutes) after you've had time to sit with the Navigation Plan. You can ask questions, pressure-test anything in the documentation, or talk through what you want to do next.

I’ve worked with a brand strategist before. Is this still useful?

Yes. Especially if your brand solely consists of visual assets, you feel scattered, or you have a strategy but not a clear sequence of how to turn it into action. I start from where you are right now. If something from past work is still useful, we'll use it.

What if I want more support after this?

The Calibration Session is the entry point for the Strategy Renaissance and the Prism Partnership. If deeper work makes sense, the follow-up call is where we talk through that.
