I’m Jamie Cox—a brand and marketing strategist who’s spent the last twelve years helping businesses cut through the noise and get clear on what makes them stand out.
I built Brand Clarity Lab because I've seen too many smart, talented business owners stuck in their heads—spinning on their messaging, second-guessing their offers, or hiding behind "I do a little bit of everything." This cohort is everything I wish existed when I was trying to make sense of my own brand in the early days of my business: focused time, a solid framework, and a group of people who get it.

Yep — because it’s designed to be done as you go. Each week gives you a clear action step, and the live Q&A Workshops + 1:1 keeps you from spinning your wheels. You’ll walk away with a brand foundation you can actually use.
You’d be surprised how much clarity you can get with the right structure. Each session is focused, actionable, and broken into steps that are easy to implement. Plus, the 1:1 gives you extra support where you need it.
First of all, you probably don't. Secondly, we use simple plug-and-play frameworks to help remedy any guess work around, "am I saying this right?" Finally, during our weekly workshops, we can tinker and play with things like voice, tone, grammar, and more.
Brand Clarity Lab is best for folks who have some working knowledge of their core service and who they're marketing and selling to. The lab isn't great for anyone who doesn't know what type of business or service they provide. Ideally, you've worked with a few clients—some good, some okay, and some bad—and have a clear understanding of what you do.
Great! That means you’re not starting from scratch—you’re refining. Brand Clarity Lab is designed to meet you where you are. If you’ve already nailed your niche or have a rough message, we’ll build on that. You’ll get structure, feedback, and direction to make sure what you do have is working for you—and isn’t holding you back from growing with clarity and confidence.
In addition to the frameworks and teaching, you’ll receive direct, personalized feedback on your brand from me during the live Q&A Workshops and 1:1 session. This includes reviewing your positioning, messaging, and marketing strategy. If you’re feeling stuck, I’ll provide clarity and specific next steps to help you move forward. The feedback will be practical and focused on your unique business needs, ensuring you're never left wondering what to do next. Have additional questions before or after our call? I’ll be available for chat and email support throughout the program.
All calls will be recorded and uploaded to our Slack community. They'll also be emailed out with next steps and homework each week. All teaching sessions will be held on Thursdays at 12 p.m. from September 4 - October 2. Q&A Workshop calls will be held on Mondays; times will vary to accommodate time zones. 1:1 sessions will be scheduled by each individual participant.
Following each session, you'll be asked to do homework within a Notion workbook. You can expect to spend anywhere from 1-3 hours on homework each week, but some of that can be completed during our Q&A Workshop calls or teaching sessions.
While active teaching and feedback in the program will occur from September 1 - October 8, you will have lifetime* access to all course materials and recordings. With these materials, you can work at your own pace and continue to revisit the work as your business grows and evolves.

Nope! The Brand Clarity Lab is designed as a standalone program, not a lead-in to other services. While I’m always available for future work, this cohort is focused on getting you a clear brand foundation — no upsell or hidden agenda. I’m here to make sure you get everything you need to move forward with confidence. This is a complete offering in itself.
It’s a mix of both! The Brand Clarity Lab is a cohort-based program with structured teaching and actionable frameworks (the class part), but it also includes personalized feedback and real-time guidance (the coaching part). Think of it as a workshop series where you get the tools you need, plus expert advice to make sure you’re on track.
This program is ideal for service-based business owners who are ready to grow but are still in the early stages of defining their brand or need clarity to move forward. You’ll leave with clarity on who you serve, how you stand out, and exactly how to communicate that to the world. This is not a DIY visual identity design program.
Sure — and honestly, I’ll even show you how to use AI well inside the Lab. But ChatGPT is only as helpful as the clarity you feed it.
