Jamie Cox eats sandwiches.

She’s also an artist, designer, and baker. She specializes in digital illustration and baking cookies and lives in Nashville, Tennessee. She’s worked with various not-for-profit organizations such as Choose to Invest, reThink Group, Washington Concert Opera, and Kutoa Project. She is currently the Creative Services Manager at Visit Franklin in Franklin, TN.

Named one of Destinations International's 2017 30 Under 30, Cox graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington with a BS in Arts Management with a focus in Studio Art. She thrives on organization and process but has an inclination to break boundaries and push the limits on any project she pursues.

As part of the Visit Franklin team, she has spoken at conferences like Destinations International and Wyoming Governor’s Conference on Tourism. She has also reviewed portfolios for AIGA Chattanooga and lead discussions at Ladies, Wine and Design Nashville. She’s also written articles for Humanity Magazine.

When she’s not working at Visit Franklin, she owns and operates her own cookie company, The Ruby Cookie. You can find her popping up at local events and concerts and slinging sugar to whoever eats it. She is also an ambassador Ladies Get Paid - Nashville and helps women advocate for themselves to get the pay and the respect they deserve.

Her latest project is restoring a Chandler & Price Craftsman Press. She hopes to fine-tune her letterpress printing skills turn her small garage into an art studio.
