Month 1

Research + Discovery

Here's where we work to understand all the nooks and crannies of your business—yes, even that one cabinet you can’t reach—but lucky for you, I’m 6’0!

After a half-day Brand Insights Workshop, I'll conduct research and audits, complete customer interviews and surveys, and work to pinpoint what's working, what's missing, and what needs to shift.

At the end of month one, you'll have:

  • Clear insights into audience perception and priorities so we can determine your next best opportunities.
  • Competitive and brand landscape analysis so you can understand where you stand out in your industry.
  • A direction for your brand's evolution so you can align priorities across your organization.

Strategy Development

With all these great insights in hand, I'll create a comprehensive brand strategy blueprint that connects positioning, messaging, and marketing direction into one cohesive foundation.

At the end of month two, you'll have:

  • Audience personas that help you understand how to frame your offer to the best-aligned clients.
  • Brand positioning and manifesto that helps people understand the value and impact of your work.
  • Brand attributes and voice framework to keep things clear and consistent across touch points, no matter who implements marketing.

  • Implementation roadmap with priorities and owners so you stop spinning your wheels and start gaining traction.
Month 3

Implementation Advisory

Your brand strategy will be designed to see the light of day—shocking, I know! Month three of the Brand Intensive is all about action—testing, refining, and applying your new brand across the areas that matter most.

We'll meet weekly to review messaging and content, set priorities, and make decisions so you can stay focused.

At the end of month three, you'll finish with:

  • A complete, research-backed brand strategy that you can operationalize across design, marketing, sales, and more.
  • A clear, prioritized roadmap for implementing your newly defined efforts and opportunities including connections with vendors if needed.
  • Messaging and positioning designed to connect with better-fit clients.
  • Guidance on systems and processes to keep your brand aligned as you grow.

Can I expect to see tangible results during the three months, or is this more about planning and strategizing?

While the first two months of the intensive are focused on strategy and refining your brand’s foundation, you will begin to see tangible results throughout the process. In month three, we'll begin testing, refining, and iterating on your efforts to make sure you're on track toward your goals. We’ll focus on both building and executing parts of your marketing systems to ensure you're seeing real changes by the end of the intensive, not just the plan.

What if I’m not ready for full-scale implementation?

This intensive isn’t about rushing you into full-scale implementation. If you don’t have the resources or the capacity to execute everything at once, I’ll work with you to break down the plan into more manageable chunks. We’ll set realistic, phased goals for executing the strategy over time, so that you’re not overwhelmed and can prioritize what’s most important for your business right now. You’ll still walk away with a clear roadmap for the next steps, whether you implement them quickly or take a bit more time to execute.

Will you help with my current marketing systems if they’re broken or outdated?

Absolutely! If your marketing systems are outdated or in need of a serious overhaul, we can tackle that together during month three of the intensive. If your website, email systems, or social media processes need work, I’ll help you identify what needs to be fixed and can implement the necessary changes. My goal is to ensure your marketing infrastructure aligns with the strategy we’ve developed, so we’ll address any major issues during the implementation phase and create processes that are sustainable for the future.

What if I don’t have the internal resources to implement everything you suggest?

Most folks I work with don’t have a dedicated team or infinite resources to carry out everything right away. But I can help bridge the gap by providing ongoing support after our initial engagement ends. Whether it's drafting content, setting up marketing automations, or helping with marketing operations, I’ll take a hands-on approach to make sure we’re executing the work needed. If tasks are better suited to another expert, I can also recommend trusted partners from my network to help you with things like design, copywriting, or web development.

What happens if my business needs to pivot during the intensive?

This intensive is designed for businesses with an established MVP or proven service. If your business is in the midst of a major pivot that hasn’t been decided yet, this may not be the best fit. Instead, I recommend my Brand Kickstart. Once you’ve decided on your new direction, I can help you craft the messaging and strategy to support that pivot, but the program works best for businesses with a clear foundation ready to scale.

What do I need to have in place before the intensive starts?

You don’t need everything to be perfect before we start, but this intensive is designed for businesses with a clearly defined service or MVP. If you’ve recently pivoted, we’ll focus on where you’ve been and where you’re headed, building from there.

Can I expect to see a return on investment within the three months?

While some elements of the strategy will require longer-term execution, you can expect to see early signs of ROI in the form of more clarity around your brand, increased confidence in your messaging, and immediate improvements in marketing systems that will start yielding results when they’re put in place.

What happens if my brand doesn’t need all the deliverables included?

The strategy and deliverables are designed to create a comprehensive brand foundation. While some areas may feel less relevant, each deliverable plays a key role in building a successful brand. I won’t change the scope of work or skip any steps, instead I'll ensure the focus is placed on what matters most for your business, ensuring everything is tailored to your needs.

Will I have access to you between the weekly check-ins?

Yes! You’ll have ongoing access to me via email and scheduled phone call throughout the engagement. We will communicate nearly weekly via scheduled conversations.  If you need feedback, run into issues, or have questions between our weekly check-ins, I’m happy to provide quick support. I’m here to make sure you feel confident and supported throughout the process.

What if I have a smaller budget but still need brand and marketing help?

If you’re working with a smaller budget, the Brand Strategy Intensive may not be the best fit. However, I offer Brand Kickstart and Brand Quick Fix options that provide a more streamlined approach. These services focus on delivering high-impact results without the full investment of the intensive.

How do we know the strategy is working?

The focus of the intensive is on getting your brand strategy in place and starting implementation, so you’ll begin to see the foundation being built for growth. By the end of the engagement, you’ll have a clearer direction for your brand, but true results will depend on how consistently you apply the strategy moving forward.

Is this intensive suitable for businesses in all industries?

This intensive is designed for service-based businesses looking to clarify their brand and marketing strategy. Whether you’re in consulting, coaching, or any other service-based sector, the process we go through will help you define your brand’s unique positioning, messaging, and marketing systems. If your industry has specific challenges, we can always tailor the strategy to make sure it addresses those directly.
