While the first two months of the intensive are focused on strategy and refining your brand’s foundation, you will begin to see tangible results throughout the process. In month three, we'll begin testing, refining, and iterating on your efforts to make sure you're on track toward your goals. We’ll focus on both building and executing parts of your marketing systems to ensure you're seeing real changes by the end of the intensive, not just the plan.
This intensive isn’t about rushing you into full-scale implementation. If you don’t have the resources or the capacity to execute everything at once, I’ll work with you to break down the plan into more manageable chunks. We’ll set realistic, phased goals for executing the strategy over time, so that you’re not overwhelmed and can prioritize what’s most important for your business right now. You’ll still walk away with a clear roadmap for the next steps, whether you implement them quickly or take a bit more time to execute.
Absolutely! If your marketing systems are outdated or in need of a serious overhaul, we can tackle that together during month three of the intensive. If your website, email systems, or social media processes need work, I’ll help you identify what needs to be fixed and can implement the necessary changes. My goal is to ensure your marketing infrastructure aligns with the strategy we’ve developed, so we’ll address any major issues during the implementation phase and create processes that are sustainable for the future.
Most folks I work with don’t have a dedicated team or infinite resources to carry out everything right away. But I can help bridge the gap by providing ongoing support after our initial engagement ends. Whether it's drafting content, setting up marketing automations, or helping with marketing operations, I’ll take a hands-on approach to make sure we’re executing the work needed. If tasks are better suited to another expert, I can also recommend trusted partners from my network to help you with things like design, copywriting, or web development.
This intensive is designed for businesses with an established MVP or proven service. If your business is in the midst of a major pivot that hasn’t been decided yet, this may not be the best fit. Instead, I recommend my Brand Kickstart. Once you’ve decided on your new direction, I can help you craft the messaging and strategy to support that pivot, but the program works best for businesses with a clear foundation ready to scale.
You don’t need everything to be perfect before we start, but this intensive is designed for businesses with a clearly defined service or MVP. If you’ve recently pivoted, we’ll focus on where you’ve been and where you’re headed, building from there.
While some elements of the strategy will require longer-term execution, you can expect to see early signs of ROI in the form of more clarity around your brand, increased confidence in your messaging, and immediate improvements in marketing systems that will start yielding results when they’re put in place.
The strategy and deliverables are designed to create a comprehensive brand foundation. While some areas may feel less relevant, each deliverable plays a key role in building a successful brand. I won’t change the scope of work or skip any steps, instead I'll ensure the focus is placed on what matters most for your business, ensuring everything is tailored to your needs.
Yes! You’ll have ongoing access to me via email and scheduled phone call throughout the engagement. We will communicate nearly weekly via scheduled conversations. If you need feedback, run into issues, or have questions between our weekly check-ins, I’m happy to provide quick support. I’m here to make sure you feel confident and supported throughout the process.
If you’re working with a smaller budget, the Brand Strategy Intensive may not be the best fit. However, I offer Brand Kickstart and Brand Quick Fix options that provide a more streamlined approach. These services focus on delivering high-impact results without the full investment of the intensive.
