A personal concierge gets her own free time back by outsourcing her marketing.

The Client

Julie Hullett Concierge, LLC is a concierge service company in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2020, Owner/Founder Julie Hullett was looking to take her marketing to the next level and build a more holistic brand as she explored new opportunities and revenue streams. As a solopreneur who gives people their free time back through concierge services, she was looking to practice what she preached and wanted to outsource her marketing. She and Jamie have worked together to develop a more concrete brand presence and content strategy to help her reach her target audience.

Marketing Strategy

Jamie conducted a strategy session with Julie to get to know her, her business, and her longterm goals. She then created an in-depth social media audit, made recommendations for improving her online presence, and developed a holistic marketing plan to help Julie Hullett reach her business goals.

The marketing strategy focused on expanding Julie's reach in Nashville and beyond, converting followers to leads, and converting leads to sales. The first phase of strategy put brand awareness in spotlight. Jamie refreshed Julie's online presence with updated template designs, photography guidelines, and clear messaging and calls-to-action.

Following the brand refresh, Jamie focused on increasing conversions by adding strategic CTAs, researching existing user journeys, and making website changes to guide people through the journey of becoming a client. Additionally, Jamie created a quarterly newsletter, various free resources, and worked to position Julie as a Nashville Know-It-All so she could be come the trusted source for groups traveling to Nashville.

The pair have worked together since 2020 and have continued to expand Julie's reach through new mediums such as Pinterest, blogging, and speaking engagements. Julie has since created a podcast, Time Well Spent with Julie Hullett, with creative direction from Jamie and production help from North Fulton Business Radio X©.

Jamie has helped Julie see her business differently. She's guided Julie toward building more than a business—she's built a personal brand that gives her the opportunity to speak at local events, connect with new partners, and be a leading authority on concierge services in Nashville.

Social Media & Content Strategy

Since their relationship began in 2020, Julie and Jamie have explored new content strategies on Instagram in the form of Reels and video content, have expanded Julie's LinkedIn presence, and have experimented with platforms like Pinterest. Each month Jamie creates an extensive multi-platform content calendar to target the right people, at the right time, on the right platform. Julie's brand presence has continuously grown on all platforms through true-to-her content that captures her voice, shares her work, and educates followers on how to live a balanced life.

Jamie also identified key partnership opportunities with local businesses such as personal stylists, high-end boutiques, and luxury home builders to cross-promote content and expand their collective reach. While Julie's social presence was previously focused on selling services, her social presence today is community-focused and engages key partners on a daily basis.

The Results

Julie's growth can be attributed to SEO-focused blog writing, creative content, and social strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn. Here are some highlights:
